Literacy Program

At E.E. Jeter we love to read...

       E.E. Jeter's reading initiatives work to create a culture of reading for children by providing inspiring books, an exiting and engaging library, and literacy programs to teach our children to love to read. All students will have access to quality books no matter their race, economic status, or capabilities. Further, our school provides inspiring author studies to increase literacy and personal achievement. These programs will be presented in a manner that will foster and uphold the joy of reading and life long learning. We will consistently demonstrate to students the need to read and respect the value of reading, as we believe literacy contributes to school and life success.
